Her approach can best be described as integral, as she incorporates the most effective techniques from the field while also adresses a patients' mental, physical, and emotional well being.

Dr Melissa Dingler, Ph.D. has been in the mental health field since 1981. She practiced as a masters level therapist from 1981 to 1986 in a privat practice setting and as head of psychological services of a chronic pain clinic. She has taught college courses in Abnormal Psychology, General Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Industrial Psychology at TCU. She obtained her Ph.D. in 1986 at TCU and went on to private practice in Texas, then in Arkansas, and finally to Georgia where she practices today.

We also have multiple listings of other therapists that may better suit your personality. We also understand that sometimes a change is needed to accomodate insurance requirements. We will help you with these needs as they arise. There is no cost in the initial phone inerview, and should it become clear that a referal is in order, we will be happy to suggest other therapists to contact. Our main interest is to help you reach the best suited help in the least ammount of time.
